Say Thank You to the Ladies in your Life this March!

March, the first of the spring months! The days are getting brighter and longer, we can already feel the smiles getting wider. This march we want to celebrate the start of spring and the women in our lives! March is the month of ladies as we reflect on international women’s day, and of course, celebrate our mothers on mother’s day!

Spring means hayfever season is upon us, avoid the watery eyes and runny nose by visiting us for a Fast and effective hayfever treatment that lasts all season*

*results have been proven to last all season but this is dependent on patient

International women’s day brings us the opportunity to celebrate the women around us and some achievements from the last year. Braintree Dental Studio is a women-dominated practice, yet over the last year, we haven’t taken as much time as we should to appreciate our women and their achievements. We want to take this opportunity to thank our women for their continuous hard work and let our patients know of some achievements they have had this year.

Starting with Alyssa, Alyssa started with us as a trainee nurse, successfully qualified as a nurse and has recently taken on another role as a treatment coordinator. Alyssa is intelligent and helpful when it comes to her nursing and coordinating responsibilities.

Jess, has been looking for ways to progress internally, being our head nurse and accounts she wanted to branch into a management role and decided upon a practice manager course to help progression! Jess has completed her course with flying colours.

Megan has gained more responsibility within our team not only does Megan work closely with Dr Power but she has also taken on the responsibility of our compliance and excelling at ensuring it is all gold standard. We know we can always turn to Megan for a bubbly smile!

Holly, having not worked in dentistry previously, Holly has hugely grown in confidence and is now excelling in her role as part of the reception team. Holly is gentle and the patients feel really at ease when speaking to her.

Rowena, as a long-time server of the company, our patients love seeing her smiley face when they walk through our door.  Rowena helps by training our newer members and offers a great conversation to help you feel welcomed!

Kelsie has been exceptional since joining the practice in a managerial role. Kelsie has helped our reception team work together to ensure all patients are happy and informed.

Mel, our longest-standing team member. Mel plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the practice, whilst ensuring all staff are happy and supported offering a place to talk should we ever need it.

Mirella has developed great patient relationships and is becoming more adventurous in growing her relationships with wellness and facial aesthetic patients.

Toni and Charlotte M have been spending their time completing facial aesthetic courses and gaining new qualifications, ensuring all training is up to date constantly. Both lovely ladies are team players and will always help out with any social media videos.

Charlotte C,  has recently completed an implant course, and is excellent at putting patients at ease during implant procedures. ! Charlotte saw the opportunity to develop her skills as well as her knowledge. Charlotte works closely with Dr Shah and with their enthusiastic and fun personalities surgery 4 is always a positive place to be.

Isabelle started as an orthodontic patient with us and loved her treatment so much she decided to apply for a dental nursing apprenticeship, she is soon to be qualified and is absolutely smashing her course. Her most recent achievement was passing her maths qualification.

Lauren is our go-to for anything X-rays, She has taken on the radiography compliance in the past year and with a smile on her face she is always happy to help and ensures the team is up to date.

Daniela is one of our most recent dentist additions and has settled in very well. Her patients find her gentle personality very reassuring and look forward to their appointments. She is always enrolling in and completing courses to develop her skills and give her patients the highest quality treatments.

Hannah started as an apprentice nurse with us at the young age of 16, she has been a loyal and valuable member of staff and we have all enjoyed watching her develop into a wonderful qualified nurse. Most recently she has taken on the role of nursing for our practice principal who is a highly cosmetic dentist. Hannah has settled into her new role well while still helping out other departments especially coming up with ideas for our TikTok posts!

Faith has started her dental nursing apprenticeship in the last 6 months and is really blossoming. She is a quick learner and has had amazing progression since starting her apprenticeship with us, we thank you for your positive attitude and eagerness to help.

Thanu is one of our newer dentists, she has been working on solely NHS patients and has made great progress! She is very gentle and has a keen eye for dentistry her soft nature really helps our patients feel at ease.

All these little roles and responsibilities as well as up-to-date courses and training are what help our practice to run every day. We wouldn’t be where we are today without a team like this, which is why we wanted to take the opportunity to share some of the Braintree Dental Studio achievements and say a huge thank you to all the women within our business. We appreciate your hard work and determination to excel within your roles and we cannot wait to see you all develop further within the industry!

We would also like to take the opportunity to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers. While we appreciate you every day, we celebrate this day to let all mothers know you are appreciated and thank you for being a mum! To our team internally who are mothers, we want to thank you for your hard work and commitment as we know how tough it can be sometimes. You guys are smashing it!
